Quick Sprouts Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed sprouts (mung, bean chickpea, etc.), 1 cup cucumber, diced, 1/2 cup tomato diced, 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro ( optional), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt and pepper as per your taste, optional 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, or pomegranate seeds

Lightly steam the sprouts ( optional) and let them cool In a bowl, combine sprouts, cucumber, tomato, carrot, and cilantro. Add lemon juice, cumin, powder, salt and pepper and toss well. Add coriander if you like.
