Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener ( e.g,,erythritol ,stevia, or monk fruit, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional ; 1/2 cup fresh fruit,( e.g,.berries) or sugar free chocolate
Instructions
1.Prepare the Base :
- in a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, almond milk, sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract. if using fruit, mash it slightly and mix it into the base.
